Returns
Returns Policy for Damaged or Incorrect Items
We strive to ensure that every order meets the highest quality standards. However, if you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, we’re happy to assist you with a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately or within [24] Hours of receiving your order.
- To process your return, you must provide clear photos/videos showing the issue.
- The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

Resolution Options
Once we verify the issue, you can choose from:
1-A replacement (same item, subject to availability).
2-An exchange for another product of equal value.
3-A full refund (processed to your original payment method).
Refund Policy

- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 3-14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

- If you choose an exchange,incase of damaged or incorrect item, we will ship the replacement at no additional cost.
- If the return is for personal preference , the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
